HR closes in Factorial. Admin goes into Holded and enters the journal line by line: gross salaries, income tax withholdings, employer social security, employee social security. 1-2 workdays a month on work that can be robotised.

Mileage, per diems, meal receipts, the employee uploads them to Factorial with their receipt. But nobody turns them into a simplified invoice in Holded. They get lost in the close.

Frequently asked questions in hr

Does it work with any Factorial plan?

You need the plan that includes API access (Pro or higher). If you only have the core plan, we can sync employees and expenses but payroll stays as a manual close.

What about tax forms 111 and 190?

The income tax withholding data is posted correctly in Holded. Filing the quarterly 111 and the annual 190 can be done by your advisory firm from Holded or from Factorial directly, we coordinate the flow as they prefer.

Does it support multi-company / group?

Yes. Each company in Factorial can be mapped to a different legal entity in Holded. Useful for groups with several legal entities or holdings.

What if you work with a3NOM instead of Factorial?

Also integrable: the flow is similar but the API/connector is different. If your labour advisory firm works with a3NOM, we keep that source and build the bridge to Holded. We assess it in discovery.

Does Verifactu affect HR?

Not directly. Verifactu regulates invoicing to external customers, not internal payroll. But your legal entity must be on Holded in Verifactu mode by 1 January 2027 (companies). We activate it as part of the project if it is not already.

How long does it take?

8-12 days for a single company with Factorial. Groups with multi-company or an advisory firm with a portfolio: 15-25 days depending on the number of legal entities.
