Does it work with any POS?

Any that has an API or reports through Redsys: SumUp, Square, Verifone, Ingenico, Tilby, Hiopos, Glop. Tell us which one you use during the diagnosis.

What if we have several locations?

Each location with its own invoicing series, its POS and its delivery, all consolidated in one Holded for chain-level reporting.

Is it Verifactu compliant (mandatory 1 January 2027 for companies, 1 July 2027 for freelancers)?

Yes. Holded is an official AEAT Social Collaborator for Verifactu. Invoices are issued compliantly and POS payments become valid Holded invoices.

How long does it take?

Between 8 and 15 business days for a restaurant with a POS plus 2-3 delivery platforms. Multi-location chains: 15-30 days.

What about inventory / the kitchen?

If you want live raw-material stock connected to suppliers and waste, we add it as a module. Usually phase 2 once invoicing is up to date.
