Stripe / GoCardless disconnected from HubSpot CRM
Sales cannot tell whether a client is up to date without opening Stripe. The CSM cannot spot upcoming churn without flagging finance. Each side has its own version.
Stripe Billing + GoCardless + HubSpot + Holded connected. Automatic dunning, reduced churn and a clean tax quarter.
A SaaS B2B invoices on a recurring basis, charges through Stripe Billing or GoCardless SEPA, sells via a HubSpot pipeline and needs AEAT-compliant invoices for Spanish clients. Anglo DTC templates do not fit: they do not handle intra-community VAT, they do not comply with Verifactu, and they do not integrate with the Spanish CRM ecosystem. We connect the full pipeline so that MRR, churn, invoicing and dunning become a single flow, not 4 systems out of sync.

Expired card, insufficient funds, cancelled mandate. Without systematic dunning, you lose 5-15% of MRR to avoidable leakage.
Renewals get mixed with one-off invoices, intra-community VAT applied wrongly, MRR reporting impossible from basic Holded.

Stripe Tax and Stripe Invoicing do not fit AEAT: non-Spanish numbering, no Verifactu, no tax forms 303/390/349. Holded does. Stripe handles the billing, Holded the tax issuance.
Yes for B2B with high amounts (over 500 EUR/month) where SEPA is cheaper and has less card churn. A Stripe (card) + GoCardless (SEPA) mix is the optimal setup for SaaS B2B in Europe.
It depends. If you want standard MRR/ARR, ChartMogul is plug-and-play and we connect it. If you want custom (specific cohorts, unique segmentations), we build on Power BI with your data warehouse.
Yes. Failed payment turns into a CSM task in HubSpot + an automated email sequence + a final manual attempt before cancellation. We recover 30-50% of involuntary churn.
Yes. SaaS B2B companies are usually incorporated entities, so Verifactu is mandatory from January 1, 2027 (after the extension in RD-ley 15/2025). We configure Holded so that recurring invoices and subscriptions comply from day one.
Between 15 and 25 business days for the full SaaS package. A working MVP in 10 days with Stripe + Holded + HubSpot, then we iterate.
