How we build it
Shopify webhooks (orders/*, customers/*, checkouts/*) plus custom backend events and the Klaviyo Client API and Server API. Idempotency with metadata IDs. For multi-store, we aggregate identity correctly so a customer across 3 stores becomes a single Klaviyo profile with a triple history.
