The sales rep handles calls in Aircall without knowing what is in the customer's Holded record. They hang up, open Holded, look up the customer, and manually leave a note about what was discussed. If the call turns into an estimate, they create it from scratch. Zero two-way context and minutes lost on every interaction.

Aircall is the leading cloud call center in European agencies and SaaS. Connecting it with Holded enriches every call with customer context (outstanding invoices, latest estimate, history), and every closed call leaves an automatic note on the Holded contact with optional recording and tags.

Scope

What we automate

  • Inbound Aircall call -> the Holded customer record opens automatically (insight window)
  • Holded information visible to the agent: outstanding invoices, active estimates, LTV
  • Closed call -> automatic note on the Holded contact with duration and tags
  • Call recording (with consent) archived on the contact
  • Outbound call scheduled from Holded -> Aircall dialer with click-to-call
  • Call tag (interest, complaint, payment) propagates to the Holded contact for reporting
Architecture

How we build it

Aircall webhooks (call.started, call.ended, call.tagged) plus the Aircall Insight Cards API to show Holded info to the agent in real time. Holded API v2 for contacts and notes. Click-to-call via the Aircall Dialer Embed in internal interfaces. Recordings uploaded to Holded through the attachments API.

Frequently asked questions

What Aircall plan do I need?

The Essentials plan or higher (it includes API access and Insight Cards). Essentials is enough for most cases. If you need advanced analytics, Professional.

What about call recordings and GDPR?

We record only with explicit consent (configurable per user or per call type). Recordings are stored wherever your Aircall is configured (the EU for EU customers, typically) and are linked from Holded. We do not duplicate them.

Click-to-call from Holded?

Yes. We embed the Aircall Dialer in internal interfaces your team uses, or via a browser extension with detection of Holded numbers. Clicking a Holded contact's phone number starts a call in Aircall.

Does it support multiple Aircall numbers or teams?

Yes. We map Aircall number -> Holded team for correct lead assignment and per-channel reporting.
