Four apps for the transport office
Each one solves one job and installs on its own. Together they share drivers, vehicles and cards in the same Odoo database.
Fuel and toll cards: cost per vehicle
DKV, AS24, Shell, bp / Aral and more: every refuel and toll in its vehicle and with its driver, with L/100 km and alerts.
Telematics: Geotab and Webfleet in Odoo Fleet
Real odometer, last position and driver of every vehicle, and with the tachograph, automatic .ddd downloads.
Fleet expiry dates: documents and reminders
Roadworthiness inspection, insurance, ADR, ATP, driver CPC, licence and tachograph calibration, with a reminder before they expire.

Frequently asked questions
Do your apps work on Odoo Online?
No. According to the Odoo Apps Store FAQ, third-party apps cannot be used on Odoo Online unless they are data-only modules without Python, and ours contain Python. They run on Odoo.sh or on your own server, Community or Enterprise.
Which Odoo versions are supported?
Odoo 17, 18, 19 and 20. Each app is published on the Odoo Apps Store for all four versions.
Do I need your whole set, or can I install one app?
Each app installs on its own on top of Odoo Fleet. When two of ours meet (Tachograph and Geotab, Tachograph and Fleet Expiry Dates), a free bridge installs itself and connects them.
Are these apps only for Spanish companies?
No. The tachograph app works with EU rules, fuel cards cover pan-European networks such as DKV, AS24, Shell and bp / Aral, and the telematics and expiry apps are not tied to any country. We also have apps for Spanish-only rules (fuel price revision clause, driver allowances by collective agreement, the DeCA), which are documented in Spanish.
Who supports the apps?
We do. Francodesystems builds and maintains them, so when you write to us you talk to the developer. Fixes ship for every supported version.
