The problem
Zapier is great at first: you get your first flow connecting two apps in 20 minutes. But when volume grows (10k operations a month already cost 49 dollars and scale fast), prices skyrocket. Make is cheaper but with strict limits per plan. And both live in someone else's cloud, which is a problem if you handle sensitive data (GDPR, financial sector). Self-hosted n8n solves all three pains: unlimited, on your infra, open source. But it requires technical setup (Docker, database, domain, certificates, maintenance) that almost no SMB has time to learn.

Git-versioned flows, unlimited, with native connectors to Holded and the rest of your SaaS. Setup, initial flows and optional maintenance. How we build it
Docker Compose with n8n plus Postgres plus Redis plus Traefik for automatic SSL. On your VPS, Hetzner, AWS or on our infra. Official Holded connectors already exist, with custom nodes in TypeScript if you need something specific. Every important flow versioned in git with CI/CD to deploy to staging first. Automatic daily backups. Monthly maintenance includes updates, monitoring of critical flows and debugging if something breaks.
Frequently asked questions
Who maintains it?
Optional monthly maintenance by us (updates, monitoring, debugging). We can also train your team to run it if they have a technical profile. The most common option: setup plus 6 months of maintenance, then handover to your team.
Self-hosted n8n or n8n Cloud?
Self-hosted is what we recommend: unlimited, data under your control, no cost per execution. Cloud is fine for initial testing, but prices rise with usage.
Where does the server run?
Wherever you want. Hetzner (Germany), DigitalOcean, AWS, your own infra. We deploy it via Docker Compose on any Linux. Most common: a Hetzner VPS from 5 euros a month to start.
Migration from Zapier/Make?
Yes. We migrate your flows one by one, validating them before removing the original. There is no big-bang migration, we go in phases so nothing breaks.
Custom nodes?
If you need a connector n8n does not have, we build it in TypeScript and integrate it as a custom node in your instance. You keep it in your own repository.
How long does it take and how much does it cost?
Base setup plus 3 to 5 initial flows: 5 to 15 working days depending on complexity. From 2200 euros. Monthly maintenance from 250 euros a month depending on the number of critical flows.
