We migrate your store to Shopify without losing SEO or invoicing.

Products, customers, historical orders, 301 redirects and a rebuilt Holded connection. Coordinated switch with no downtime and monitoring for the first 7 days. You come from WooCommerce, PrestaShop or Magento and leave with Verifactu ready.

Why people migrate

You recognize some of this.

#01

Your WooCommerce crashes every Black Friday

Conflicting plugins, hosting at its limit, caching that breaks the checkout. Every update is a game of Russian roulette.

#02

PrestaShop costs you more to maintain than it makes in sales

Obsolete payment modules, broken translations, a technical team you can't find, Verifactu with no clarity.

#03

Magento demands a dedicated team

You pay for the license, hosting and agency, and it still depends on your favourite dev staying available. Migrating frees up budget.

What's included

A migration, not an experiment.

Each block has its own checklist and is validated before the cutover. No assumptions.

#01

Source audit

We inventory products, variants, customers, historical orders, indexed URLs, existing redirects, active integrations and customizations. We hand you a map of what migrates, what gets rebuilt and what gets dropped.

#02

Data migration

Products (with variants, images, SEO and metafields), customers with order history, coupons, compatible reviews. 1:1 validation before the cutover.

#03

301 redirects and SEO

Complete mapping of old URLs to new ones, 301 redirects served from Shopify so you don't lose rankings. Post-cutover audit with Search Console.

#04

Holded connection rebuilt

Your invoicing sync with Holded breaks when you migrate. We rebuild it in Shopify with the correct series, VAT per country and Verifactu compatibility from day one.

#05

Theme, payments and shipping

Shopify theme adapted to your current brand (no forced redesign, unless you ask for one). Gateways (Stripe, Redsys, Bizum, PayPal) and shipping (Sendcloud, Correos) operational before the switch.

#06

Cutover with no downtime

Switch coordinated outside peak hours. DNS ready, Shopify validated, old system read-only. If something fails, rollback in under 30 minutes.

How we work

Four phases. Validation before the cutover.

01

Diagnosis (30 min, free)

We review your current stack: platform, volume, integrations, deadlines. We come out with a migration plan, identified risks and a fixed quote.

02

Setup in parallel (weeks 1-2)

We build Shopify in a sandbox with your imported data. You keep selling on your current platform without knowing the replacement is already ready.

03

Validation (week 3)

Tests with real orders in the sandbox, Holded sync validation, redirects QA, team training. Your sign-off for the switch.

04

Cutover and support (week 4)

Coordinated switch. 24/7 monitoring for the first 7 days. SEO audit at 4 weeks to confirm you didn't lose traffic.

Frequently asked questions

What almost everyone asks us before migrating.

+Will I lose SEO rankings when I migrate?

No, if it's done right. The typical loss is 0-15% the first month with full recovery at 6-8 weeks, assuming that: there are 301 redirects mapped URL to URL, meta descriptions and H1s are preserved, discontinued products are redirected to relevant categories, and robots.txt and sitemap are correct from day one. We run a Search Console audit at 4 weeks to fix anything that didn't settle.

+How does the quote work?

Fixed price, not by the hour. In the free 30-minute diagnosis we audit your current platform (volume, integrations, customizations, indexed URLs, deadlines) and come out with a fixed written proposal. Every migration is different: a WooCommerce with few plugins doesn't cost the same as a PrestaShop with custom modules and 50,000 URLs. That's why we don't give generic figures. The number you see on other websites is almost never the one you pay. The customer subscribes to the Shopify plan directly.

+How long does the migration take?

Between 3 and 5 weeks depending on volume and integrations. The critical part is the validation phase: we never cut over until everything is tested in the sandbox with real data. If you have a genuine rush (campaign, hosting contract ending), we prioritize but we don't skip validations.

+Who is this service not for?

If you're looking for a cheap “automatic migrator” that imports products and walks away, we're not for you. Those migrations tend to break redirects, lose history, leave the ERP sync half-done and cost you SEO for months. We work with people who understand that migrating a real ecommerce is a project with auditing, validation and support, and who have the budget to do it right.

+What about my historical orders? Do they show up in Shopify?

Yes. We migrate historical orders as a consultable reference in the Shopify panel (they aren't editable, of course). Your customer support team can see a customer's full history without going back to the old system. Customers have their history in the customer area.

+Will I have downtime during the cutover?

No. The cutover is done outside business hours (typically overnight on a weekend) with DNS prepared with a low TTL and Shopify validated 100%. The real downtime for end customers is usually 0 to 5 minutes at most. If we detect any critical problem, rollback in under 30 minutes.

+I have custom integrations with my ERP (Holded or another). Are they kept?

Not directly. Your ERP sync was connected to the old platform, not to Shopify. But rebuilding it in Shopify is part of our proposal. We rebuild the Holded ↔ Shopify connection (or Holded ↔ Odoo, or whichever) with signed webhooks, idempotent queues and retries with backoff. Better than it was.

+Why Shopify and not stay on WooCommerce/PrestaShop?

WooCommerce is only worth it if you need extreme customization and have a dedicated technical team. PrestaShop is in decline: fewer maintained modules every year, a shrinking community, partners shutting down. Shopify takes technical administration off your plate, scales without you having to touch anything, and frees up the budget you were spending on hosting + plugins + patches. The reason you're reading this is because you already suspect it's worth it.

+And Verifactu? Do I lose anything in the fiscal migration?

On the contrary, you gain. Holded is on the official AEAT list and is an official Colaborador Social for Verifactu. If you're coming from FacturaPlus + WooCommerce or from PrestaShop with a dubious invoicing module, migrating to Shopify + Holded leaves you compliant with Verifactu (mandatory for companies from 1 January 2027 and for the self-employed from 1 July 2027) ahead of the deadline, with no additional work.

When do you stop paying for plugins, patches and a WordPress agency?

Free 30-minute diagnosis. We tell you what migrates, what gets rebuilt and how much the cutover costs.
