No surprise surcharges, no “more hours than expected”. The Shopify plan is contracted directly by the client with Shopify (it is independent of our fee).

Shopify is the right choice when you want to sell, not maintain servers. Zero technical administration, uptime guaranteed by Shopify, a mature app store, native integration with Spanish payment methods (Bizum, Redsys), and superior speed by default. WooCommerce only wins if you need extreme customization or already have WordPress infrastructure; PrestaShop is in decline and maintaining it keeps getting more expensive.
Yes. We connect Shopify with Holded so every order generates a Verifactu-compliant invoice (mandatory for companies from 1 January 2027 and freelancers from 1 July 2027, RD-ley 15/2025). Holded is on the official AEAT list and is a Social Collaborator. Your accounting will be ready before the legal deadline.
Yes, but most SMEs do not need it. Plus makes sense when you already do a lot of volume online, run true multi-store or have advanced B2B needs. If your volume justifies it we will tell you in discovery; if not, we save you the monthly extra cost and build on the standard plan that actually fits.
Yes. We are a registered Shopify Partner, which means a direct relationship with Shopify, access to development stores, technical resources and priority support. You can see the rest of our partnerships at /partners.
We leave the store operated by your team and with documentation. If you want monthly maintenance (changes, new integrations, monitoring), we have fixed-fee plans agreed at closing. If not, we bill you per one-off intervention.
